easy step by step purchase process
1. Select Vehicle
- Find the vehicle or machine that matches your requirements using our search function or menu.
- After you have found the vehicle/machine, carefully check its specifications and photos.
- Once satisfied, take note of the vehicle/machine stock number. This number will be used to identify your chosen vehicle when you contact us.
2. Get An Invoice
- Contact one of our sales consultant via [email protected]. Supply the consultant with the vehicle/machine stock number.
- Upon your request we will then email a Proforma Invoice with price and shipping charges of the vehicle/machine.
- Along with the invoice will be a Credit Card Authorization form to be completed.
- A deposit of $5000 or 10% of the cost of the vehicle (whichever is greater) is to be paid via Credit Card.
- This deposit is to reserve the vehicle/machine for the customer until full payment is made.
3. Complete Payment
- After receiving your initial deposit we will prepare your truck for shipping.
- Wire Transfer Payment information will be emailed to you for you to complete your payment. (Credit Card can be used also)
- After you have completed the full payment by Wire Transfer/Credit Card please send us a copy as proof of payment.
- When the payment arrives at our bank, we will email you a confirmation.
4. Vehicle Shipped
- After verification of your full payment we will immediately ship your vehicle/machine on the first available vessel.
- We will send the original documents to you or your agent by DHL courier a few days after the vessel leaves our location.
5. Collect Vehicle
- Once you receive the documents, you can begin arranging collection and registration of the vehicle in your country.
- A clearing agent can help you to complete the procedure and give you an indication on the fee and taxes to be paid.
- Complete the procedures and enjoy your new purchase.
